Barbed Wire

Sometimes the old standby is still the right tool. This is a classic 4-barb, double strand barbed wire with barbs set every 5 inches — enough bite to keep stock respecting the fence line and unwanted visitors on their own side of it.

The wire is Class 1 galvanized so it holds up through wet winters and dry summers, and each roll carries 1,320 feet. It comes in two strengths: a lighter high-tensile 14 gauge and a heavier traditional 12.5 gauge, so you can match the wire to the job at hand.

Great for: cattle fence lines, perimeter runs, and topping off existing fences.
